Bee Pollen Granules

Bee pollen derives from plant origin so its chemical composition will vary somewhat depending on plant source, season and geographic location. The known nutrient breakdown is thought to be something around 35% protein, 55% carbohydrates, 2% fatty acids and 3% minerals and vitamins, including concentrations of B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C, D, and E, plus beta carotene, selenium, and lecithin.

Pollen contains over 5,000 enzymes and co-enzymes, far more than is naturally present in any other food!.
